Cancellation and refunds
Last updated
This policy covers paid zaq.to plans sold by Enrico Rossini. The free plan costs nothing and needs no refund.
Cancelling
- You can cancel a paid plan at any time by emailing info@zaq.to from the address on your account.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep the paid plan until the end of the month or year you've already paid for, then your account moves to the free plan.
- Nothing is deleted when a plan ends. If you have more links or files than the free plan allows, they keep working; you just can't add more until you're back under the limit.
Full refunds
- New subscriptions: if you ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, we refund it in full โ no reason needed.
- Annual renewals: if you ask within 14 days of an annual plan renewing, we refund that renewal in full.
- Our mistakes: duplicate charges, charges after you cancelled, and any other billing error are always refunded in full, whenever you notice them.
What isn't refunded
Monthly renewals, and annual plans after the first 14 days, aren't refunded for the part of the period that's left โ cancel and the plan runs to the end of what you've paid for.
How to ask
Email info@zaq.to from the address on your account with the date and amount of the charge. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. We process them within five working days of approving them; your bank may take a few more days to show the money.
Your statutory rights
If you buy as a consumer in the UK or EU, you also have a legal right to cancel a digital service within 14 days of buying it. Because a plan starts working as soon as you pay, the law would let us keep a proportionate amount for the time you used it; under this policy we don't, and refund the whole payment. Nothing here takes away any right you have by law.
